Founder / director of IntuiPro Advisory BV, seasoned international consultant/project manager, international recognised lecturer/trainer in finance, including a 15y+ tenure as COO/CEO in the banking & legal industry.
Independent Board Member of the Belgian Association of Financial Analysts.
A master graduate of KU-Leuven, attendee of multiple senior management programs at the University of London, EBTN, Canadian Banking Institute, Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business, a certified Integrative Enneagram Practitioner. as well as Human Synergistics (LSI, OCI, Leadership Styles).

Joining IntuiPro Advisory BV as co-founder / director since beginning of 2023, bringing 15 years of international HR senior management experience in the financial and manufacturing environment.
Educated as Master in Psychology (University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Warsaw), with executive training at MIT (Cognitive & Behavioral Neuroscience), Harvard Business School (Successful Negotiations), and accredited coach (CoachU), Resilience Coach (Resilience Institute) and Leadership Styles (Human Synergistics), … Kasia is passionate to build high achieving organisations through innovative & strategic HR processes. Focused on effective, pragmatic talent management, leadership and employee development, well-being programs, HR (reporting) tools, performance management and managing the corporate fixed cost to ensure sustainable HR solutions.
